Privacy Policy
Semper Phoenix LLC builds apps that respect your privacy. This policy explains what information our website and apps handle, and — just as importantly — what we never collect in the first place.
This website
Our website is a static site with no accounts, no tracking scripts, no advertising, and no cookies set by us. It is served through Cloudflare, which processes basic technical request data (such as IP addresses) as part of delivering and protecting the site; we do not use that data to identify visitors.
Our apps
Your content stays yours. The information you create in our apps — bills and income in What's Due, QR codes in SMAQ, game progress in Just Hangman — is stored on your device and, where sync is offered, in your personal iCloud account. We have no access to it. It never touches our servers, because we don't have any.
Anonymous usage analytics. Our apps use TelemetryDeck, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count things like app launches and which features get used. These signals are anonymized, are never tied to your identity, and are used only to make the apps better. We do not use advertising trackers of any kind.
Purchases. Payments are processed entirely by Apple — we never see your payment details. Our apps use RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage Premium access, which involves anonymous identifiers and purchase receipt information, not your name or payment method.
Support email. If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to help you, keep it only as long as needed to do that, and never share it.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.
We don't show ads or work with data brokers.
We don't collect personal information from anyone, including children, beyond what's described above.
We don't share information with third parties, except when required to by law.

Our website and apps may link to external sites (such as the App Store) that we don't operate. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review them.
